It’s great pleasure to work with Leggero. When we meet them for the first time, we were in a confusion whether to give the contract or not. But at this stage we are very much happy about their work management, architects, engineers and timely delivery. We were worried about how to manage the project as we are outside India, they assist us on preparing the plan, design, finalizing the elevation & estimates. They are approachable at any time and they will respond to our queries in short time. During the work they suggested many more thinks that improved our dream home more beautiful & Stronger. When we started thinking about construction of our dream home, our biggest worry was how and who to manage the project as we are out of India. Our biggest worrying factor was eliminated with the assistance from Daffodils. We got the reference about Daffodils Construction from few of my friends and also I knew the management team personally. I got their assistance for prepping and finalizing the designs, elevations & estimations and construction of house on turn-key contract basis. I should say that I am 100% comfortable with Management, architects, engineers and the construction team from the day one I contacted them. I gave them two important assignments and I would say they are one of the best. Few things in simple words; 1. Timely delivery – without any compromise in quality 2. Very minute detailing of the work – a rare quality for construction companies. 3. Affordable pricing 4. Excellent responsiveness. One assignment was house renovation which was really challenging considering the modification we put forth, but they did it very well. Second assignment was more challenging – Short duration, major reconstruction of a public property, in a remote location, and a crowd funded project. The outcome was marvelous.
