When we started thinking about construction of our dream home, our biggest worry was how and who to manage the project as we are out of India. I gave them two important assignments and I would say they are one of the best. Few things in simple words; 1. Timely delivery – without any compromise in quality 2. One assignment was house renovation which was really challenging considering the modification we put forth, but they did it very well. Second assignment was more challenging – Short duration, major reconstruction of a public property, in a remote location, and a crowd funded project. The outcome was marvelous.
